Return & Refund Policy
At Golden Bowl, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. If your experience isn’t perfect, we promise a clear and fair solution.
1. Defective or Wrong Items If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Resolution: Once verified, we will resend the correct item at no extra cost or provide a full refund (including original shipping).
2. Change of Mind / Returns We accept returns if you change your mind or find the product unsuitable under the following conditions:

Timeline: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Sample packs must have their inner bags unopened. Full-sized products must remain in their original, intact packaging for food safety and hygiene.

Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A flat $5 CAD restocking/processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, if the return brings the remaining order total below $35, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
3. Bundle / Set Returns If you purchased a bundle (e.g., 2 full-sized + 6 samples) and wish to return it:
Any samples not returned will be charged at their individual retail price ($1.63 per pack).
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. -
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. -
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Amount = Bundle price — (Qty of unreturned samples × $1.63) — $5 processing fee.
4. How to Initiate a Return Please submit a return request via your order history on our website with product photos attached.
5. Policy Notes To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to limit returns for accounts with excessive return history (e.g., more than 3 returns in 30 days). Golden Bowl International Trade Ltd. reserves the right to the final interpretation of this policy.
- Refund Method All refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (e.g., Debit card, Credit Card, or PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Final Decision Golden Bowl International Trade Ltd. reserves the right to the final decision on all return and refund requests.
